Praxis Women in Tech (WiT) Scholarships Praxis WiT (Women in Tech) Scholarships is an initiative to encourage and support greater participation by women in tech and data careers.
This is in line with our belief that gender diversity in the workforce, especially in tech, brings immense value to the organization, the economy, and society. The Praxis Women in Tech (WiT) Scholarship is awarded to all selected women aspirants applying for the Praxis PG Program in Data Science.
Eligibility: Awardees need to maintain a minimum CQPI of 5.0/8.0 throughout the duration of the program.
Amount of scholarship: Rs. 1 lac/ student.
5 scholarships per intake
● Rs. 1 lac per candidate
● All students who meet the criteria for the scholarships can apply for the same.
● A candidate can apply under only one category at the time of admission.
● The performance of the Scholars will be monitored for the renewal of the Scholarship in each term.*
● Students need to maintain a minimum CQPI every trimester to be eligible for continuing with the scholarship.*
Eligibility
Students need to have the following qualifying scores:
Class X – 85%
Class XII – 85%
Graduation – 75%
In addition, students should not have any year gap or backlogs during their academic career.
Condition for continuation of the scholarship:
Rank in the top 20% of the class, and
Maintain a minimum CQPI of 5.2 out of 8 in each trimester
This scholarship would be given to meritorious candidates whose annual family income is less than Rs. 4.0 Lacs per year; income affidavit supporting the same needs to be submitted for review by the board.
Total Scholarships: 5 scholarships per intake
Scholarship Amount: Rs. 1 lac per candidate
Eligibility:
Students fulfilling the above criteria need to have the following qualifying scores in order to be eligible for the scholarship:
Class X – 75%
Class XII – 75%
Graduation – 70%
In addition, students should not have any backlog or break of more than a year in either their academic or corporate career.
Condition for continuation of the scholarship:
Maintain a minimum CQPI of 5.0 out of 8 in each trimester
